Muzaffarpur / Patna, 11 August:

CBI team reached to Balika Griha in the wee hours today. First, they took Brajesh Thakur’s son Rahul Anand into custody.

Speculations are rulling the rust that CBI once again would get the campus dug as a they came with JCB machines.

They entered the campus of Balika Grih and seized some documents and registers from griha. Presently, they are grilling Anand on various issues like investment in real estate, media houses and other organisations, being run by their family members.

It is being guessed that Anand may be arrested after interrogation.

It is worthwhile to mention here that in Muzaffarpur Balika Griha at least 34 girls had been raped by accused persons including main accused Brajesh Thakur. This fact was detected during a social audit done by Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.

But as per allegation Bihar government was sitting over the report and when pressure poured in government was compelled to order for CBI investigation. Earlier, a case was lodged by Bihar police and according to reports its officials had meticulously tried to save accused persons.

Now, Patna High Court has agreed to monitor the investigation by CBI and everyday CBI is reporting the development of the case. But people say that track record of CBI is not good in investigation of cases in Bihar.

Meanwhile, national spokes person of RJD Manoj Jha has demanded proper investigation in the case. Earlier, RJD leader and former deputy chief minister of Bihar Tejahashwi Yadav had demonstrated agaisnt Bihar government and demanded free and fair enquiry into the case in monitoring of court.
